LAWRENCEVILLE, Pa. — Calling it "the future of community-driven disruption," Carnegie Mellon graduate and software entrepreneur Ethan Mercer announced Tuesday that he is fighting gentrification in Pittsburgh by opening an upscale fried chicken restaurant called Gentrifried Chicken in the heart of Lawrenceville.
