Hi Matt,
Yes, I changed the permissions on the remote folders. However, that made the content of said folders invisible (in Dreamweaver but not in Coffee Cup).
I read somewhere that space might be the issue. Once the web account had been expanded to 20mb the problem went away. Not sure how that would work, but it was posted elsewhere as solution to the error I am getting in Dreamweaver.
